Time is a very valuable commodity on the tennis court.
Indeed, those that have more time to prepare, set up for, and execute their shots, will be able to produce a much higher-quality strike.
We’ve all felt late on the ball, we make contact on side of our body, we feel rushed, and everything feels jammed up and late.
It destroys the quality of our tennis forehand and backhand and can make tennis miserable.
On the flip side of that, when we have time and can make contact out in front of the body, we feel in control, we feel balanced and stable and we know we’ve hit a much better quality shot.
