Eye of the Tiger
When it comes to tennis, no skill is more important than that of tracking the ball.
You can have Roger Federer’s forehand and Novak Djokovic’s backhand, but if you can’t track the ball like an eagle stalking its prey, those strokes won’t mean anything.
They’ll only be effective if you can be in the right position to execute them.
And being in the right position comes down to two main factors:
- Tracking the ball properly, and
- Having good footwork and movement to get you there
That’s why we have created this course – to help you master the art of tracking the ball like a pro, which will help you create time on the court, be in the right position and ultimately make you a much stronger tennis player.
