Tennis Serve lesson – Secrets To A Consistent Ball Toss
The tennis serve can be very complex and hard to master and the ball toss is one of the things players struggle with the most. In this free tennis lesson we will look at how you can improve your ball toss on serve.

A few of the key things that Nenad can work on is –
1. Lowering the ball toss which will help him control the toss better and allow him to consistently hit the ball in the same spot
2. Keep the non hitting (tossing) arm pointing up towards the contact point for longer then pull it down and tuck it into the left side of his torso which will help start the kinetic chain of shoulder over shoulder
3. Change the position of his wrist in the power position to a more neutral position to allow for greater power during supination and pronation.
